Eiffel 65

Eiffel 65 is an Italian dance-pop trio made up of singer Jeffrey Jey, keyboardist Maurizio Lobina, and DJ Gabry Ponte. Operating in tight collaboration with BlissCorporation, the label managed by producer and executive Massimo Gabutti—a trailblazer of the "Spaghetti House" sound—they not only issue their own successful recordings, exemplified by "Blue (Da Ba Dee)", but also create material for additional artists on the roster. The trio's designation, Eiffel 65, originated from a random computer-generated selection. Their introductory album Europop appeared in late 1999, followed by Contact in 2001.
