Biography
Rasmus Kellerman launched Tiger Lou in Sweden during 2001, shaping it as his personal indie rock venture rather than a conventional band. The project’s name came from a figure in Corey Yuen’s film Fong Sai Yuk. On the debut EP Trouble and Desire, Kellerman handled nearly every vocal and instrumental role himself, a pattern that persisted across later releases. His first full-length effort, Is My Head Still On?, appeared in 2004, with The Loyal arriving the following year. During live performances supporting that second album, Kellerman expanded the stage lineup to include Erik Welén on bass and vocals, Pontus Levahn on drums and vocals, and Mathias Johansson on guitar.
