Biography
Hailing from Cataluña, Spain, the pop/rock outfit Uri Gheller y los Cucharas assembled in 1997 through the union of ex-Máxima Deshonra guitarists Rubén Manzano and David Morella, drummer Miguel Castillo, singer Uri-Albert Sitjes, and ex-Eclipse bassist David Molina. Drawing from the 1960s pop/rock era, the group cut a demo in 1998 and soon inked a contract with independent Picap Records that yielded A La Muntanya!!!
