Artemas Diamandis, known simply as Artemas, crafts assured alt-pop as an English songwriter and producer, blending relatable lyrics with earworm melodies, '90s guitar hooks, funk beats, and contemporary R&B flair. Viral traction first arrived via his 2023 single "If U Think I'm Pretty," paving the way for the international chart-topper "I Like the Way You Kiss Me" that arrived the following year.

Raised in Oxfordshire, he initially set his sights on acting until Nirvana entered his life at 16. Drawing from Bruno Mars, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Rex Orange County, this self-taught multi-instrumentalist launched his career with the 2020 debut single "High 4 U." Additional releases included the streaming hits "I'm Trynna Tell U That I Love U" and "Real Life," both featured on his first full-length project, I'm Sorry I'm Like This, issued in 2022. Momentum carried into 2023 through tracks such as "Cross My Heart" and "If U Think I'm Pretty," with the latter gaining viral traction and landing on multiple global charts before appearing on the mixtape Pretty, which surfaced early in 2024.
