Biography
Forming in 2018, Crawlers from Liverpool delivered a sound that fused grunge, alternative rock, post-punk, and metal into something both heavy and inclusive. The four-piece lineup of Amy Woodall, Holly Minto, Liv Kettle, and Harry Breen rapidly established itself across North London, cultivating a devoted following through relentless live shows and anthemic tracks that channeled a non-binary/feminist viewpoint. Early singles, among them the streaming success “Come Over (Again),” paved the way for the band’s self-titled 2021 debut maxi. A contract with Polydor followed, yielding the 2022 label singles “I Can’t Drive,” “Fuck Me (I Didn’t Know What to Say),” and “I Don’t Want It.” Those same recordings later filled the debut EP Loud Without Noise, released the same year. Additional digital releases preceded the arrival of the first proper album, The Mess We Seem to Make, in 2024.
