Biography
In 1982 the Ontario-based Eight Seconds were established by vocalist Andrés del Castillo, bassist March Cesare, keyboardist Frank Levin, drummer Scott Milks, and guitarist Marc Parent. Victory in a regional talent contest preceded the recording of the mini-album Ottava Rima and, ultimately, a contract with Polygram that yielded the 1986 album Almacantar. Four years afterward the band issued Big Houses.
