Everlife blends melodic pop hooks and vocal harmonies with a soaring rock intensity. The group comprises the Ross sisters—Amber and Sarah on vocals and guitar, with Julia handling lead vocals. Hailing from Indiana, PA, the siblings launched their musical efforts in 1998, at which point the youngest, Julia, was just eight years old. Drawing influence from teen pop acts alongside rock outfits such as U2 and Switchfoot, they honed their material before relocating to Nashville, TN, in 2003. The next year brought their first album on Tovah Records, accompanied by the single “Evidence.” The energetic yet wholesome quality of their work caught Disney’s attention, leading to placements on Radio Disney and compilation releases including Disneymania, Vol. 3, Girlz Rock, and Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 7. Early in 2006 the Ross sisters inked a deal with Hollywood Records, Disney’s label imprint, which issued their sophomore, self-titled album and the single “I Could Get Used to This” at the start of 2007.
