Frank Galan

After claiming victory in the 1994 installment of Soundmixshow—Belgium’s adaptation of Stars in Their Eyes—by channeling Julio Iglesias, Lede-born crooner Frank Galan sustained his momentum with the 1996 release of his hit debut album Pasiones. One year later, his duet with Sandra Kim, “Door Veel Von Mij Te Houden,” reached the top of the Flemish chart. In 2006 he shared presenting duties on the quiz program 1 Jaar Gratis with his brother, TV presenter Herman Van Molle, before attaining his strongest chart placement in 2012 via the album Mooier Dan Woorden.
