Biography
Jody McBrayer, a CCM singer and songwriter, performed as part of both Truth and Avalon. The Florida native spent nearly eleven years in the latter group, contributing to four gold-certified albums while collecting multiple Dove Awards and three Grammy nominations. His first solo project, the pop-oriented CCM album This Is Who I Am, appeared on Sparrow in 2002. After a heart disorder diagnosis led him to exit the industry in 2007, McBrayer resumed activity several years later through Benny Hinn Ministries. Extensive touring with BHM preceded his second solo album, Keep Breathing, which Stowtown issued in 2016.
