Jorge Muñiz

Known for his warm and approachable style, Jorge Muñiz—widely recognized under the nickname El Coque—ranks among Mexico’s foremost interpreters of musica romantica while maintaining an active presence in both music and acting. Hailing from Mexico City, the artist earned widespread recognition through signature tracks such as “La Otra Parte de Ti,” “Casa Siempre Estoy Pensando en Ti,” “Amigo,” and “No Prometas Lo Que No Será.” His acting profile rests chiefly on his extended stint as co-host of the long-running television program Nuestra Casa, broadcast on channel 4TV.
