Comprising DJ sourMILK and Justin Credible, the L.A. Leakers—also known as Los Angeles Leakers—operate as DJs, radio announcers, producers, remixers, mixtape hosts, bloggers, and additional figures centered on hip-hop. Prior to teaming up near 2009, both MILK and Credible had already built thriving individual paths. Early mixtapes spotlighting fresh tracks from acts such as Dorrough quickly affirmed the collective’s identity, paving the way for their Audio Autobiography series the following year, which began with the archival release The Clipse Got It for Leaks. In 2011 The Audio Biography of David centered on DJ Quik, whereas 2014 saw The Leaks That Collected Dust: The Audio Biography of DJ Premier emerge. Exclusives by Stalley, Casey Veggies, and Kurupt filled the 2015 Draft Picks mixtape, which also marked the arrival of the group’s third member, Fuzz Funtab.
