Biography
Houston native Lebra Jolie built her reputation on bold, provocative, and self-affirming party tracks along with her off-the-cuff freestyles. Nearly ten years of rapping preceded the independent release of her first full-length project, Brianna, in 2018, and her profile expanded nationwide once she issued the major-label EP also titled Lebra Jolie in 2022. The Pressure Pack, another EP, arrived the following year.
She began composing poetry while still young and later taught herself to record at home over instrumentals she downloaded. Sharing those tracks and freestyles online helped her develop a regional audience that grew after she opened for Trina in 2012. She also briefly ran an internet radio show titled The Lebra Live Show. Brianna surfaced in 2018, followed by additional singles such as the 2019 KenTheMan collaboration “First Off.” After Now What appeared in 2021, she signed with Interscope and issued the incisive single “Spring, Summer” in 2022. Her debut EP, Lebra Jolie, contained “What Kinda” and featured Babyface Ray and Rob49. In 2023 she released “Meet Yo Mama” and the EP The Pressure Pack.
