Mannarino

Born in Rome on August 23, 1979, folk musician Alessandro Mannarino formed his debut group, Kampina, in 2006. The ensemble soon became a steady presence on the capital’s live circuit. A Universal contract signed in 2009 launched his solo trajectory, yielding the award-winning Bar Della Rabbia that year and Supersantos in 2011. Third album Al Monte followed in 2014, by which point Mannarino was regularly drawing sell-out crowds across Italy. His fourth studio release, Apriti Cielo, appeared in 2017.
