Biography
Motor City rockers No Resolve surfaced in 2010, delivering a modern rock style built on post-grunge foundations. The quartet, which draws from Three Days Grace and Papa Roach, features vocalist Oscar James Pegorraro, guitarist Jason Hatmaker, keyboardist/guitarist Matty Shea, and drummer Dennis Patterson. Their first recording arrived in 2012 as the EP A New Beginning, yet regional attention arrived the next year via the anthemic single "Get Me Out," spotlighted throughout the Detroit Red Wings' playoff campaign. The band's inaugural full-length album, Unity, surfaced in 2017 and housed the active rock radio successes "Love Me to Death" and "What You Deserve." Following the 2019 EP The Divide, No Resolve signed a multi-album agreement with Noise Machine and released the fiery, Billboard-charting track "Never Back Down." Additional singles appeared across 2021 and 2022, among them the active radio entries "How Far I'll Go," "Broadway Girls," and "Surface Pressure," plus an electrified take on Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone" recorded with fellow Michiganders State of Mine.
