Miami's Noel Sanger stands out as a longstanding figure in dance music, boasting dozens of releases alongside extensive years spent on the road. His output spans Florida-style breaks and electro through progressive house and trance. During the early 1990s he issued material under numerous pseudonyms, followed by his first album under his own name, Selections, which appeared in 1998. At the height of trance's commercial period he crafted multiple mix CDs, among them Summerbreeze 2 in 2002, while also joining Tiësto on tour. In 2007 he founded Dissident Music, through which he has kept delivering uplifting tracks such as "Natural Perfection," "Deconstructed," and 2022's "Falling Upward."

Noel Sanger entered the house scene in 1992, frequently via short-lived projects including Undergroove and Seeds & Stems. He further ventured into bass music with one-off albums credited to Bass-Time Continuum and Bass Funk Syndicate. From 1996 onward he began releasing under his own name, blending breaks with progressive house. Max Music put out his full-length Selections in 1998. In the early 2000s he issued several progressive trance mix CDs, the most prominent being Summerbreeze 2 for Nettwerk in 2002. He sustained his output of progressive house and breaks on imprints such as Musicnow Records and Baroque Limited. Dissident Music launched in 2007 with his own "Natural Perfection" as its debut single. Moist Music released his mix CD Sphere of Influence in 2009. Over the years he has collaborated with or remixed artists such as Matt Darey, Markus Schulz, Chrysta Bell, and Erasure, and he has appeared at festivals including Ultra Music Festival and Electric Daisy Carnival. In the late 2010s Dissident was revived under Essential Media Group, allowing the label to continue putting out fresh material alongside remixes of earlier tracks. He issued the singles "Foundation" in 2022 and "Falling Upward" in 2023.
