Obk

The duo OBK, a Spanish techno-pop act, came together during the 1980s once Miguel Arjona and Jordi Sánchez first encountered each other in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona. European techno served as the spark for these young musicians, who launched their project under the moniker OBK, taking its name from Depeche Mode’s “Oberkorn.” Local venue appearances preceded the arrival of their debut album Llámalo Sueño in 1991, which was succeeded by Momentos de Fe in 1993 and Trilogia in 1995.
