Biography
Osker emerged as a Los Angeles punk trio fronted by singer/guitarist Devon Williams, who remained a high school sophomore when the group formed in 1998. Alongside bassist Dave Benitez, Williams quickly cut a four-track demo that reached the offices of indie label Epitaph; the company financed a second demo session and subsequently offered a recording contract. Drummer Phil Drazik then completed the lineup, enabling Osker to issue its debut LP Treatment 5 in early 2000.
