Biography
Forming an urban-tinged dance-pop ensemble reminiscent of the Pussycat Dolls, Paradiso Girls consist of three vocal leads, one rapper, and one DJ. Each of the five members—Aria, Chelsea, Kelly, Lauren, and Shar—originated from a distinct nation. While four assembled during performances in France, the American Chelsea entered the lineup following the ensemble’s move to Los Angeles. There, Interscope Records identified and contracted the act in 2009. In that identical year, the group issued the single “Patron Tequila,” crafted by will.i.am and featuring a Lil Jon remix.
