Sizzy Rocket fuses punk energy with pop melodies in her fiercely independent style, whether by establishing her own imprint or by crafting boldly infectious and relatable tracks such as "Bestie" on the albums Thrills from 2016 and GRRRL from 2019.

Raised in Las Vegas, singer and songwriter Sabrina Bernstein performed at every available venue. Following high school, she attended NYU's Clive Davis School of Music yet ultimately withdrew to pursue music independently. In 2014 she issued her first single, "I Wanna Rob," while her rendition of the Beastie Boys' "Girls" quickly spread online. The next year she joined Flosstradamus on "Don't Trip," a cut that landed on his EP Need for Speed alongside Run the Jewels.

Sizzy Rocket's debut full-length Thrills arrived in 2016 and included the track "Bestie," which drew widespread praise and circulated widely online. That same year she founded the label Diet Punk, which put out material by Shiny Wet Machine, her collaborative side project with Alex Fitts of the Kickdrums. Through Diet Punk she released the 2017 mixtape Hot Summer along with the singles "Still," "Dope," and "Amphetamine." She also co-wrote "O.D.D." for Hey Violet's first album From the Outside and contributed to Matoma and Noah Cyrus' single "Slow."

Sizzy Rocket delivered the Mulholland EP in early 2018. The following year she released her second album GRRRL; after touring with chloe mk she joined her on the single "I Know What U Like." In April 2020 she returned with the song "Smells Like Sex."
