TELYKast craft anthemic electronic pop songs steeped in sentiment, tracks that sit comfortably on mainstream radio playlists while also energizing the main stage at summer EDM festivals. Based in Los Angeles, the three members produce and write entirely inside their personal home studios, then take the material live in an uncommon trio format that places a DJ alongside a guitarist and a vocalist. Since beginning to issue singles and remixes in 2016 they have joined forces with Kaskade, Steve Void, Natalie Major and additional artists, accumulating millions of streams through cuts such as the 2018 release “Comfortable” and the 2019 track “Daylight.”

The project itself originated in 2012 when former metal guitarist Trevor Klaiman, DJ and producer Kyle Tonoli, and Linus Altman-Kurosaki—who had earlier immersed himself in jazz guitar—joined forces. By fusing EDM textures with pop hooks they moved into releasing both remixes and original material around 2015. In 2016 a handful of tracks surfaced, among them “Break Your Heart” featuring Lauryn Vyce plus reworkings for the Chainsmokers and Tritonal. Further team-ups arrived the next year, including “Stay Friends” with Ian Gott and “Driving” with Sammy Adams. The 2018 single “Comfortable,” again involving Steve Void and Natalie Major, quickly ranked among the group’s most widely heard offerings and prompted dozens of additional remixes. Among their strongest 2019 releases were the Kaskade collaboration “No One Else,” “Better” spotlighting Aly Ryan, and “Daylight” with One True God.
