Biography
Following the 2021 disbandment of Source Entertainment's GFriend, members Umji, SinB, and Eunha launched their subsequent project under BPM Entertainment as the three-piece K-Pop outfit VIVIZ. The group, formed from the now-defunct girl group GFriend, introduced itself in 2022 through the mini-album Beam of Prism. Upon unveiling the name as a shortening of "VIVId DayZ," the trio delivered its February 2022 debut with that same first mini-album. The release reflected the unit's "concept-less" liberation via bright, upbeat anthems and entered the Gaon charts at number two.
