Biography
Warbringer emerged in 2004 from Newbury Park, California, as a hard-charging neo-thrash unit whose members were still enrolled in high school. First-wave thrash titans including Death Angel, Metallica, and Anthrax shaped their sound, prompting a demo that led directly to the 2006 EP One by One, The Wicked Fall. Century Media responded to the EP by signing the band and issuing its debut album, War Without End, in 2008. Exodus guitarist Dan Seagrave produced the follow-up Waking Into Nightmares the next year, while 2011 brought the third studio release, World Torn Asunder. IV: Empires Collapse appeared in 2013, succeeded in 2017 by the punishing Woe to the Vanquished, the band’s first outing on Napalm Records. Weapons of Tomorrow, their punishing fifth full-length, arrived in 2020.
