Ashland Craft

Ashland Craft fused her Southern edge with a rock-infused country approach, channeling a Top Ten placement on Season 13 of The Voice into a viable solo path. Relocating to Nashville in 2018, the South Carolina native issued multiple independent singles before signing with Big Loud Records, the label that issued her debut album Travelin' Kind in 2021. She returned to independent status in 2023 through a run of fresh singles.

While living in Anderson, South Carolina, she served as lead singer for the house band at the local bar Wendells Dippin Branch, where her commanding voice and outgoing personality built a steady local following. A blind audition in 2017 for NBC's The Voice earned her a spot on the program; she advanced to the Top Ten before viewer votes ended her run. Capitalizing on that visibility, she moved to Nashville and put her rugged delivery to work on tracks such as 2019's "They Always Do" and the brassy "Good Ol' Girls" while shopping for a deal. Big Loud Records, the Music City imprint, took her on and released 2020's "Trainwreck," then issued her first full-length album Travelin' Kind the following year.

In 2023 she resumed independent operations, self-releasing four singles across the year: "Danced with the Devil," "What Color Is Happy," "Night Owl," and "Hooker."
