Biography
Originating in Lynwood, a suburb of Seattle, the thrash metal quartet Bitter End had been tinkering with the genre since 1982. Its lineup featured vocalist Matt Fox, guitarist Russ Stefanovich, bassist Chris Fox, and drummer Harry Dearinger. After Metal Blade signed the group, its sole album, Harsh Realities, surfaced in 1990 and delivered competently executed yet rather indistinctive thrash that never reached a wider audience.
