Biography
Originating from La Habana, where she entered the world in 1991, Chila Lynn is a Cuban singer and pianist whose upbringing took place within a family already celebrated for its musical accomplishments. Classical conservatory instruction began in her earliest years and eventually carried her to Paris to complete her piano studies, a period that ended abruptly when EMI extended its discovery. The resulting debut, Real Woman, arrived in 2012 as an elaborately crafted recording that presents her as a contemporary R&B and soul diva, performing predominantly in English while enlisting songwriters of established reputation such as P!nk, James Morrison, and Jamie Scott.
