Código FN

Código FN emerged as a Regional Mexican ensemble rooted in Sinaloa. Friends first assembled the act purely for enjoyment under the name Fundillo Norteño, a fitting choice given their early focus on parties, weddings, and modest local events. Recognition soon followed on the Sinaloa nightclub scene; when their style matured they adopted a new title while preserving the original initials, arriving at Código FN.

Fonovisa welcomed the band aboard in late 2012. Their opening video showcased the track “El Mayor,” featuring longtime friend and collaborator Roberto Tapia as special guest, and the clip quickly stirred widespread attention. Issued that June, the first official single “Me Muchas Gustas” climbed straight into the Top Ten of Billboard’s Regional Mexican chart. The following November saw the arrival of the debut album Te Amaré Más, which debuted at number four on the same ranking.
