Daniel Leggs

Daniel Leggs crafts alternative pop as a vocalist, composer, and studio craftsman whose off-kilter yet inventive productions frame confessional lyrics about the anxieties of early adulthood. Formally trained on piano, the New York City resident shaped his singular approach through self-made home recordings that later circulated online. Starting in 2021, he adopted the practice of issuing new material on the 22nd of every month. The 2023 release of his breakout single “Crutches” brought a contract with Atlantic’s Overall Recordings imprint, which put out his first EP, Runaway, before the year ended.
