Biography
Contemporary gospel singer Denita Gibbs recognized her musical vocation by age seven while growing up in Birmingham, Alabama. Her early years were devoted to deepening both her spiritual convictions and vocal technique, ultimately shaping her into an explosive modern praise & worship performer in the vein of Yolanda Adams, Angie Stone, and Mary Mary. Worthy arrived as her debut album in 2004, and after inking a deal with Audiostate 55 Entertainment in 2011, the label put out her acclaimed sophomore outing, Without You, the following year.
