Biography
In 1990, the rapper Doug Lazy—who had earlier served as a Washington, D.C., radio DJ under the name Mean Gene—released his lone album, the bass-driven collection of house and hip-hop tracks titled Doug Lazy Gettin' Crazy. His most significant accomplishments, however, have come through his work as a producer.
