Enjambre

Enjambre, the Mexico City retro-rock outfit built around the skills of siblings Luis and Rafael Navejas, issued its first album Consuelo en Domingo in 2005. Regional traction soon prompted the addition of their youngest brother Julian plus longtime associates Ángel Sánchez and Javier Mejía, an expanded lineup that delivered 2008’s El Segundo Es Felino and earned the group a deal with EMI. Their major-label debut Daltónico, greeted with strong critical praise, appeared in 2010. The eagerly awaited fourth album Huéspedes del Orbe arrived in 2012, followed three years later by the Phil Vinall-produced Proaño. Imperfecto Extrano, the band’s sixth full-length release, surfaced in 2017.
