The music of It’s Murph embodies quintessential feel-good EDM through bright, energetic, melodic singles such as “Lost,” “Food for the Soul,” and “High and I Like It,” which have energized dancefloors during captivating sets ranging from Coachella to Bonnaroo. Garrett Murphy, raised amid a household of music appreciators in Nashville, took up piano and performed in his school choir as a youth. Exposure to a Porter Robinson performance during high school crystallized his direction, leading him to begin crafting tracks prior to receiving his diploma. He refined his skills amid University of Southern California coursework, establishing himself as a sought-after DJ for campus gatherings.
