Biography
Led by Jay, the producer/songwriter collective JRAFFE infused EDM and dance-pop with an effervescent, soul-tinged flair. They presented the ensemble through a pink giraffe mask and launched their label output with the summery dance-pop single "California" in 2018.
Jay of Los Angeles connected with London-based musicians Joe Juno, Sambo, and T-Bone to create JRAFFE after productive studio sessions. Already boasting tens of millions of streams from earlier solo work, the members began releasing shimmery dance remixes and group collaborations such as "Never Again" with Zaku in 2018. Their official debut single, August's "California" (NHMM, LLC), delivered anthemic, streamlined dance-pop that accumulated millions of streams across platforms.
