Laura Wilde

Born in Heppenheim, Germany, on January 4, 1989, pop singer Laura Wilde began her musical training early by enrolling in classical singing lessons at age 11 alongside private piano instruction. October 2010 saw the release of her debut single "Ich Sehe Was, Was Du Nicht Siehst." Her first full-length project, Fang Deine Träume Ein from 2011, earned both the Young Investigator Award and the Star of the Year Newcomer Award while spawning the additional singles "Wo Hast Du Denn Küssen Gelernt" and "Ungarisches Blut." Spring 2013 brought her follow-up album Umarm die Welt mit Mir, which included the tracks "Warte Bis Es Dunkel Wird," the title song "Umarm die Welt mit Mir," and "Mein Herz Versteht Spanisch." Matching the chart success of her initial release, this effort climbed to the Top 50 in Austria and the Top 60 on the German album charts.
