Biography
Pulling Teeth came together in Baltimore when Alex, Chris, Danny, Dom, and Mike—each drawn from prior groups including the Slumlords, the Spark, Desperate Measures, and Never Enough—began working as a unit. Their opening full-length, Vicious Skin, surfaced in 2006. The following year brought a split EP shared with Frightener, after which the band toured the UK. Deathwish Records subsequently partnered with the group and put out the next album, Martyr Immortal, still in 2007. Punk rock and heavy metal outlets responded positively to every release the band issued.
