Rene Rodrigezz

Born Rene Seidl in 1986, Austrian DJ Rene Rodrigezz attended a music boarding school during childhood, studied classical piano, and sang with the St. Florian Boys' Choir. From the mid-2000s onward he worked the Austrian club circuit and issued a string of singles and remixes, among them DJ Antoine’s “Sunlight” in 2011, Merlin Milles’ “Sax Bomb” in 2010, and Bodybangers’ “Set the Night on Fire” in 2012. Three nominations for the Austrian Dance Award arrived in 2010; the following year he claimed the prize for Best Remixer. His debut album, Crank, But Sexy, appeared in 2011 together with the single “Shake 3x,” which reached the Austrian Top 40. Early 2013 brought the follow-up Love, Peace & Rock 'n' Roll, which peaked at number four on the Austrian album charts.
