Biography
Formed in West Virginia, the alternative gospel trio Seven Day Jesus originated with vocalist and lead guitarist Brian McSweeney, rhythm guitarist Chris Beaty, and drummer Kevin Adkins. Starting out as a cover band, the members soon turned to original songwriting and secured a deal with the Forefront/Chordal label. Their self-titled debut album appeared in January 1998.
