Biography
Claus Kruse, responsible for synths and vocals, teamed with Sm Kalwa on synths to establish Plastic Noise Experience in 1989. As an industrial-dance duo they issued their debut album Transmission on the Gothic Art label, after which Kk Records signed them and put out the follow-up, 196 Degrees C.
