Biography
Among the various EPMD associates who surfaced in the early 1990s, Top Quality registered the smallest commercial impact, never matching the audience reached by Keith Murray, Das EFX, Redman, or even K-Solo. His sole RCA album, 1993’s Magnum Opus, was helmed by EPMD’s Parrish “PMD” Smith together with Charlie Marotta, whose résumé already included credits for EPMD, Das EFX, and Redman.
