Tors

Emerging from the U.K. as a trio steered by siblings, Tors builds its music on expansive indie folk, rock, and pop foundations. Brotherly vocal blends and incisive songcraft from the group capture the close-knit warmth and broad appeal associated with acts such as the Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, and Jonah Kagen. The outfit initiated its EP output with Wilder Days in 2018 and continued with the enlivening Anything Can Happen in 2023; strong audience response to the latter prompted Glassnote to handle the Miracle EP in 2024.

Matt and Theo Weedon, together with longtime collaborator Jack Bowden, formed the band in Devon during 2016 and quickly followed with several singles that earned solid notice. Support slots with Cian Ducrot, Sam Ryder, Freya Ridings, James Blunt, and Tom Walker broadened exposure for the 2018 EP Wilder Days. The 2023 release Anything Can Happen, distinguished by its uplifting character, achieved viral reach and opened the door to a Glassnote Records agreement. Recorded in Woodstock, New York, alongside producer Simone Felice (Noah Kahan, the Lumineers), the Glassnote debut Miracle EP arrived in 2024, promoted through an a cappella take on the single "Only for You" plus headline dates spanning the U.K., U.S., and Europe.
