Biography
Hannah Shepherd, an Australian singer and songwriter once aligned with Brisbane indie folk group Charlie Mayfair, fronts the brooding electropop project Airling. Pieater/Inertia issued her first release under that name, the Love Gracefully EP, in 2014. Airling's debut album, Hard to Sleep, Easy to Dream, appeared in spring 2017, its style built around soft-spoken, yearning vocals, atmospheric electronics, and sampled beats.
