Biography
Hailing from Hong Kong, turntablist DJ Tommy served as a member of the Cantonese hip-hop group LMF between 1998 and 2003. He was born in Hong Kong in 1971 and secured the DMC Hong Kong Championship for turntablists in 1991, 1992, and 1996. In the same stretch of years he maintained a steady presence at the Technics World DJ Championship, achieving Top Ten finishes in 1992, 1996, and 1997. Joining the Cantonese hip-hop collective LMF (aka Lazymuthafucka) in 1998, he appeared on the albums Lazymuthafucka (1999), Dai Ran Tong (2000), and LMFAMIGLIA (2001), and continued to tour internationally with the group until its 2003 breakup. On his own, he issued the album Respect 4 da Chopstick Hip Hop (2001).
