Recognized as a young female singer under the moniker Fey, the artist moved well over a million units inside her home country of Mexico, plus sizable numbers among Latin listeners across the globe, with José Ramón Florez serving as producer on the bulk of those projects. Her first album, issued under the same name, reached American listeners in 1995, and Tierna La Noche arrived the following year.
