From her earliest years onward, actress and singer Anahí maintained a steady presence across the Mexican entertainment landscape, appearing in numerous children’s programs, commercials, and telenovelas before issuing her first solo album in 1992. Yet nothing in that earlier body of work matched the worldwide impact of Rebelde. Serving simultaneously as a cast member of the series and as part of its spin-off teen group RBD from 2004 through 2008, she attained international fame during those years. She resumed her solo trajectory in 2009 with the release of Mi Delirio, only to step back soon afterward in order to devote time to private matters along with assorted commercial and philanthropic projects. Anahí reemerged in 2016 via Inesperado and introduced a widely followed streaming podcast in 2019.
