Honors

Toronto-based outfit Honors crafts intense, edgily textured slow-tempo pop tracks drawing from an eclectic mix of alternative, R&B, hip-hop, and electronic sounds. The quartet—Tyler Armes, Patrick Gillett, Cameron Hunter, and Andrew Martino—share a longstanding history, having known each other since childhood and collaborated on music throughout their school years. On their own, the individuals have collaborated with Boi 1da and Ludwig Goransson, both producers linked to Drake's OVO Sound imprint. The ensemble launched their career toward the close of 2016 via the atmospheric, deliberate-paced single "Over," which amassed extensive digital plays before giving way to the subsequent releases "Say Yes" and "All My Life" during the following year.
