Blending timeless pop songcraft with a forward-thinking viewpoint, Jake Wesley Rogers produces meticulously assembled tracks that feel emotionally resonant, welcoming, and often memorable. Echoing pioneers such as Elton John and Florence + the Machine, the Missouri native surfaced in the late 2010s with a vivid visual style and candid, deeply personal narratives filtered through a queer perspective. Independent singles including 2019's "Little Queen" and "Jacob from the Bible" secured him a deal with Warner-affiliated Facet Records, which soon brought Rogers wider attention via the EPs Pluto (2021) and Love (2022).
Raised in rural Ozark, Missouri, Rogers developed an early passion for music, studying voice along with piano and guitar. Demonstrating clear potential, he advanced to the quarterfinals during the seventh season of NBC's America's Got Talent in 2012. Still in his teens, he gained valuable industry exposure and initial notice that guided him toward issuing original material in the years that followed.
