Kelly Chen

Born on September 13, 1972, in Hong Kong, Cantopop singer and actress Kelly Chen, also known as Kelly Chan, launched her career with simultaneous music and film debuts in 1995 that swiftly established her as one of Asia’s biggest superstars. Her screen role in the 1995 release Whatever Will Be, Will Be secured a recording contract and produced her first album, Dedicated Lover, which appeared the same year. Thereafter she issued a new album every year while performing in Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, and English, and she carried her live productions on international tours that reached North America.
