Lenin Ramirez

Lenin Ramírez works as a songwriter, vocalist, and recording artist within the Mexican Regional style, penning successful tracks for Revólver Cannabis, Los Plebes del Rancho, Banda Terrible, and Omar Ruiz. Born in Culiacan, Sinaloa, he started performing at the age of four and began composing material at sixteen. During his teenage years and early adulthood he issued numerous self-released live sets on digital platforms and CD-R formats that gained strong regional attention. After Del signed him, the label issued En Vivo con Banda la Conquista in 2014 and followed it with En Vivo con Banda Renovacion the next year. His first studio album, Siempre Firme, appeared in October 2015; once several singles and videos—including “La Viuda Negra,” “Corrido del Pocho,” “El Muhcachon,” and “Las Vueltas de la Vida”—circulated successfully online, the project entered the Top Latin Albums Chart twelve months later. Subsequent releases included Album de Mi Puno y Letra in 2016, Las Vueltas de la Vida in 2017, and Bendecido in 2018.
