Biography
Florida rapper Lil Crix channels raw magnetism through his trap anthems. Kodak Black, the established rap powerhouse, discovered the newcomer after he had spent roughly a month rapping and immediately began working with him. Beyond those joint tracks, Lil Crix drew notice with his own 2023 releases, including “Power Freestyle” and “Get Up On Dat Car,” both of which racked up substantial streams.
Raised in Lauderhill, Florida, Lil Crix put out his earliest material independently in 2020. Kodak Black soon signed him to the Capitol Records imprint Vulture Love. Lil Crix joined Kodak on the 2023 album Pistolz & Pearlz and paired with him again for the single “Spin the Block.” As he prepares his first studio album, he has kept issuing standalone tracks such as the 2023 Nardo Wick collaboration “Kick Yo Do” and the solo cut “Iced Tea.”
