Hailing from Texas, the Dallas-based trio Little Image produces intentional alternative pop tracks shaped by post-punk, catchy dance rock, and expansive indie electronic textures. Jackson Simmons (vocals), Troy Bruner (drums), and Brandon Walters (bass/keys) first connected in high school through a mutual passion for underground indie rock. After finishing their studies, they chose the name Little Image and self-released their opening album, Musings, in 2017. They delivered the energetic single "Worth It" in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. While lockdowns hampered many acts, the band underwent a burst of inventive activity. Departing from the conventional guitar/bass/drums format, they streamlined their approach and introduced further electronic layers. The change produced the rich indie dance sound that defined the 2022 singles "Out of My Mind" and "Lungs Burn," both featured on the group’s second full-length effort, Self-Titled, issued by Hollywood Records in 2023.
