Megan Woods

Emerging as a voice in contemporary Christian music, Megan Woods draws listeners in with the strength of her alto range and the weight of her songwriting. Raised in a modest community in Northern Massachusetts, she refined her vocal abilities through regular participation in the church choir. Periods of self-doubt once placed her faith under considerable strain. A single conversation with a friend who had narrowly escaped death proved sufficient to restore her spiritual direction. Determined to communicate that personal arc, she secured a recording agreement with Fair Trade Services—the label also home to MercyMe and Phil Wickham—and issued her first single, the introspective piano ballad “The Truth,” in 2024.
